Charges

Charges are shown on our rate sheet. We offer free estimates and ask that new clients pay in advance.

On Site Training

• Classes held at your site for two to twelve students
• Training tailored to your needs
• Each student receives a copy of Dick Harper's renowned workbook or another appropriate text

Training is usually planned for multiple 2.5 hour classes or for single half-day or full-day sessions. You will need a computer pool or lab with similar equipment running the programs your employees will use.

Programming

• New Macro or Merge File Creation:
• Macros (WPWin versions 6.0 and above, WP DOS versions 5.1 and above)
• Merge form files (WPWin versions 6.0 and above, WP DOS versions 5.1 and above)
• Templates (WPWin 6.1 and above or WPDOS 6.x using hieSpeed Macros & Templates)

Technical Support via telephone or email

• "Is there a way to ... ?"
• "What command can I use to ... ?"
• "How does this feature work?"
• "What is the darned program doing now...?"

We will offer step-by-step suggestions about how to perform specific tasks, what commands to use, and how to get the most out of your program. Please call during business hours or e-mail questions any time. We answer e-mail queies before the close of the next business day or there is no charge.
