New Top Level Domains |

In 2001 and 2002, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
(ICANN) introduced the following seven new generic Top Level Domains,
usually
known as "gTLDs": .biz, .info, .name, .pro,
.coop, .museum and .aero. These gTLDs expand the
list of of currently available (and widely recognized) domains such
as
.com, .edu, .net, and .org. .biz, .info, and .name are in use now. It is also possible for United States companies to register .us domains. Although .biz, .info, and .name are for general use, the others are targeted specifically for particular groups, and are expected to have limited registration. Our online services on this site include domain registration as well as hosting information, marketing assistance, and website design and administration for small businesses. |
